Soutwest of Watoga and not far from the Lost Home, you’ll find Johnson’s Acre. It has a Bobblehead and Magazine spawn, a Power Armor spawn, and a chance to witness Mothman being praised by cultists.

The Bobblehead is behind the cabin, and you’ll have to get your hands dirty as it’s in the outhouse.
Magazine Locations
The Magazine at this location is found on one of the picnic tables as soon as you arrive.
If you need a set of Power Armor or at least a chassis spawn, you can find one at the top of the cliff overlooking Appalachia.
